Commissions

** PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE BOOKING A PORTRAIT **

I can create customized portraits of your pet/s (dogs, cats, horses, ferrets etc..) in pastels or graphite.

All I need is a *good* quality photo of your pet. Photos have to be clear, neat and have to show as many details as possible. Please, consider spending some time to get a good shot of your pet, as the final result will also depend on the reference photo. Having said that, I have previously worked with low quality references and I can work around them to create as many details as possible if you have multiple pictures that you can send me. If in doubt, just email me and we will see if we can figure something out :).

If you want to commission a memorial portrait of a pet who has passed away, you can send me multiple photos to work from and I will do my best to achieve the finest result.

Once you have chosen your photo you can contact me at s.minerva96@gmail.com and I will let you know when your portrait could possibly be completed.

If you need the portrait within a specific date (e.g birthday gift), make sure to specify that in your request and I will tell you whether or not I can do it.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to be entered in my waiting list. Full payment will be settled once your portrait is completed and you are fully satisfied with the result (before shipping).

Payments can be made via PayPal or bank transfer.

If I am not able to complete your portrait for whatever reason, you will be totally refunded.

Once your portrait is finished, it will be properly packed and shipped (insured shipping). If you are based in Vancouver BC or near by, you have the option to pick up your portrait in person for free as well!

Please, let me know when you receive it and feel free to send me a photo of the framed portrait, it's always much appreciated!

In the unlikely case the portrait has been damaged in delivery, you have to contact me immediately. I will need photos of the damaged portrait and you will have to send it back to me. Once the item is received, you will be totally refunded. Obviously, this is an extremely rare situation, since I always make sure that every item is packed and handled with the maximum care.
